Many thoughts arise in our hearts
We need to distinguish whether it’s good or bad
Practicing this in a hopeful perspective
To find situations suitable for bending our emotions
Comparing the before and after situation
In different ways talking about what makes you burdened
Or sharing the deepest part of my moods to a friend
So as to avoid being mixed up
But having the ability to choose what goes in and out
For what should be kept or thrown away
Thinking deeply when am burdened
Knowing whether these thoughts are harmful or beneficial
Though having a clear standard
To take care of complicated problems
By opening up and talking about burdensome things
Speaking to those who gave us burdens
Telling the close friend how I really feel inside
