My background is based on the Christian Foundation since I was brought up in a born again family where both parents knew God. I am the kind of person who believes that “with God everything is possible” and I believe that positive and a clear mindset paved me a way to where I am now.

First and foremost, I express my sincere gratitude to God for his unconditional love, guidance and protection for making internship training a success. It is entirely by his grace that I have reached this far in life in generally in academics. Praise, glory and Honor be to God.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the management of International Youth fellowship for granting me a valuable opportunity to train at their organization. In particular my appreciation and acknowledgement goes to my training supervisor, Mr Matovu Messach for his precious guidance and support rendered to me throughout the internship training.

I also thank the staff of International Youth Fellowship which include; Co Pastor Kim, Pastor Prince, Miss Yuona, and Pastor Chris, for there great ideas and thoughts shared with me during the entire training period from 4th June to 11th august and for the hospitality and cooperation that made it more inevitable for me to acquire much-desired practical knowledge and skills in the field, Office and Information Management.

Some of the challenges faced include:

· Some Uncooperative members not willing to share information.

· Absenteeism and late coming.

· Lack of clear information got from other departments.

· Language barrier from the Koreans that have a poor English accent.

· Power loss that delays progress of document production in time.

Some of the lessons learnt include:
